This includes tasks such as estimating costs and timescales, managing budgets, drawing up contracts and agreements, supervising labor and subcontractors, overseeing health and safety regulations, ensuring quality control and resolving any conflicts that may arise during the project.
They are also responsible for managing communications between clients, architects and other stakeholders, and reporting progress to senior management.
